  • How many cleaners can I expect?
    We send 1 or 2 cleaners, depending on availability and your needs. If you’re on a recurring schedule, we’ll do our best to match you with the same person going forward. Deep Cleanings or larger homes may be scheduled with enough employees to make sure we can do the best job possible in a timely manner.
  • Do I need to provide supplies or equipment for my scheduled cleaning service?
    No, you do not need to worry about cleaning supplies and equipment. Our cleaners will bring all that is required to complete the job correctly. However, if you request the use of a particular product it is best to supply the product yourself.
  • Are you pet friendly?
    Yes, we’re proud to be a pet-friendly company. If your pet is aggressive in any way, we recommend that you leave them outside or in a gated area to ensure the safety of our housecleaners. If you don’t plan on being home when we arrive, please let us know how to appropriately handle cleaning around your pet.
  • What method of payment is accepted, and what are your payment terms?
    We accept credit cards and debit cards. The system will automatically generate a hold on funds paid via credit card (including Visa debit) the day before your booked services. This is merely a hold and no funds have been removed from your account. The Visa debit cards will look like the money has been removed from your account. We assure you it has not. Your bank is holding it separately for you until the charge is processed, which is after your services have been completed.
  • How do I prepare for my cleaning appointment?
    One of the best things you can do is make sure there is as little clutter as possible. The cleaners will need to have access to surfaces to clean and if they are covered up by too much clutter they may be inaccessible. Make sure the floors are clear of items and debris. Communicate with your cleaner when they arrive (if you are home) a plan to make sure the cleaner has space to clean. Children, pets and other adults in the way can hinder a job from being done efficiently. It can also be hazardous. Vacuum cords, cleaning products and supplies will be in the area with the cleaner and to mitigate accidents from happening it is best to give them space. If you have any questions about how to better prepare, feel free to reach out.
  • What do you clean and not clean?
    We clean the entire kitchen, all bathrooms, dust, sweep/vacuum, mop, and take out the trash. Our professional housecleaning services are designed to keep your home comfortable and clean. Please communicate if you are looking for something more specific. We do not move couches, beds, or other large furniture for the safety of our cleaners, and the safety of your floors. We check under furniture for debris and sweep it out. We do not clean inside of fireplaces, kids toys, pick up clutter, do laundry, wash dishes, shampoo carpets, extensive grease or fire damage, bodily fluids, pet feces, or bug/pest infestations.
  • Do I need to be at home for the cleaning?
    It’s completely up to you. If you’re not going to be home, make sure you let us know how to access your house and how to lock up when leaving.
  • What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
    We require 48 hours notice for reschedule or cancellations. There will be a $50 charge for no notice cancellations and lockouts. If you are sick and it’s the cleaning day, please call our office by 8AM. We will do our best to reschedule your cleaning that same week. Please do not have us clean if your family is home with the flu. Remember you are home because you are contagious! Thank you.
  • Are your cleaners bonded/insured?
    Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a police background check, drug screens, reference checks, and in-person interviews. We also require significant experience in residential house cleaning to work with us. Our cleaners also are covered by general liability insurance.
